I received a 'refurbished' phone, I believe it was from a 'woot' seller and it was not refurbished. The battery was barely charged. For 100 percent it took 4-5 hours. It paused and made no progress for a long time throughout the loading process. The speakers hum terribly, which makes watching videos unbearable. This is a known issue as you can find it listed on Reddit. The phone was dirty too. There was mud on the back. Just an absolute joke. I called Google and they said the phone was marked as returned and had known issues. It seems nothing has been done to fix this. It sounds like some people have good ones here, but I don't think it's worth the effort. I'll probably stick with the Moto G6 for now.
