Looks good and popcorn tastes good when it works. We opened 5 bags and lasted less than a week but the agitator started sticking. This will keep the popcorn in the pot and start to burn. This also leaves half of the cores unburst. UPDATE: I found the problem. Grains get stuck under the agitator, causing it to clog. When this happens, the popcorn fills the kettle but doesn't eject, so it starts to burn and pops less than half. I requested customer support through the Revain portal and was connected to a call center in India. They had no idea how to help so they gave me the Great Northern webpage and asked me to contact them. I decided to see if there was contact information in the owner's manual and there was, so I called customer service. I received a machine saying they didn't have a customer service phone number and directed me to go to their website! Customer service only by EMAIL! If only I had known that beforehand!
