Review on AT TL7810 Dect_6 0 2 Handset Telephone by Elizabeth Moore

For the money I expected a better product. The headband is thin. The part on the headset that connects the earcups is also flimsy and doesn't let you wear the mic a comfortable distance from your mouth (I have a loud voice). The volume is mediocre. People who speak softly are very difficult to understand at maximum volume. The mute feature, which is critical for conferencing, notifies you that the audio is on and then beeps while you're muted. When muted, it says "mute" and lets you speak again. While I appreciate the idea of improving the user experience, this feature is a nuisance! I'm constantly switching the audio to filter out background noise, and I miss many important parts of the conversation because the device is talking over the other party. I find it reasonable but should have spent a little more money on a different brand.
