This is for the 622B model. Pros: It works as advertised and once you get to the interface it's pretty clear and easy to use. I had the old model for 3 years and it was a good product. Problems: It's supposed to be set to automatically restart the router and modem, but the modem should turn on first, and the default delay between turning on the two channels is only 10 seconds - which is too short, meaning that You need to use the app to reset it. Also, the manual (uploaded) tells you to plug the router into the #1 jack shown first - that's wrong, looks like a typo or photo mix-up - my modem should turn on before the router. The 'utility' program for this in the 5G store is available after creating an account and for Revain customers this means you will need an invoice number which can be found in your Revain account. Finding the right account setup screen for this in 5G wasn't automatic, but it's there. However, the utility program did not work at all on my Windows 10 PC and no Windows 8 compatibility options were listed. 5G will redirect you to Wireshark or another program for that - Wireshark's learning curve is too steep for my patience. I was able to find the IP address of the device using my antivirus software, eset>tools, and then open the app from a PC browser. Once it's open, the basic setup is pretty easy. Also, the internet green light never worked even though my switch is working fine now.
