I'm now in 8.5. Months pregnant, weigh 160 pounds and am 5ft 4 inches tall. Based on the feedback I scaled it down. I received the XS and I really like how it fits. That might be a bit short, but I won't know for sure until I have a baby. It ties at the back to make the bodice of the dress as tight or loose as you like. The waist is very elastic. I mean it fits a big belly and still very comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the straps are still big. Nothing a simple safety pin can fix, but still a bit annoying. I say if you want this dress. Take it! It's cute, comfortable and fits many body types. Just go 2 sizes smaller!
