I really like them. I love my stainless steel chef's knife, but I often use it instead when chopping veggies like tomatoes, zucchini, zucchini - anything that's easy to cut but can have a skin that's difficult to penetrate. I also use them to divide chicken breasts into 2 thinner fillets or to make chicken fingers or breast nuggets - they are GREAT for slicing chicken. They are razor sharp. They also have a very comfortable grip. There are small ridges to help you hold them in place when they are a bit wet or slippery. I've had this knife in the past and loved it, but the problem with these knives is that they can break or chip. They do not and cannot be sharpened and my old one lasted about 4 years. First I broke the tip and then broke off the blade and that was it. Therefore, they require more careful handling. They come with a sheath, which is also a good thing because they're so sharp they can easily be accidentally cut. A small paring knife comes in very handy for slicing strawberries, and I like to keep it on cutting boards for slicing country sausages. This is a great size for that. This is a very good set and should last a long time with good care.
