What I like: In my opinion, an attractive design. Sturdy construction with durable aluminum body and legs. Can be used outdoors. Various color display options. The RF remote control means no visual inspection is required. What I didn't like: Limiting how dim the user can manually adjust the brightness of the light. Sofa in the living room. I could use the RF remote control to change the settings at will. The remote comes with an on/off switch which I assume is for battery saving purposes. For those familiar with RGN LED strips like this, there are the usual modes you'd expect: monochrome display, dimming one or more colors, horrible color-changing strobe effect (laughs, works great but bugs me dizzy). An added benefit is that the mounting feet allow for permanent or temporary installation almost anywhere there is a solid surface to stand or lie on, indoors or out. In my opinion better than LED strips which are not really a good choice for a change of location. So when I'm tired of using the light to set the mood behind the sofa, it's good that I can take the light and adjust it. outdoors, say, at a party. We have a landscaped backyard with multiple structures such as a garden. B. a patio where this light would be fun. The long-range remote control is a handy bonus - much better than some competing products that require line of sight to operate. But no matter - a single light is exactly what I was looking for. Bring some nighttime fun with the color wheel! A nice addition to my polychromatic toolbox. Five sparkling RGB stars.
