Review on πŸ”ͺ Powerful and Safe Electric Meat Slicer with Stainless Steel Blade | Adjustable Thickness | Child Lock | Easy to Clean | 150W by Erin Sacchetti

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The biggest design flaw. Don't buy unless you want all of your groceries covered in metal filings.

When I first used it, it worked quite well out of the box. I then cleaned it up and found that it uses the cheapest screws and has a part on the bracket that allows food to get caught underneath. If you don't remove that little plate and take out the food, the bacteria will start to build up, so the next time you use it, the disease will spread through your food. I assume other reviewers have never attempted to clean the machine after use, which is common for people. Either way, getting the screws back in is a nightmare. I couldn't even get the screws flush with the mount, which I didn't see as a huge problem until I tried using it to cut meat slices. The blade tore through the screws and spattered metal shavings all over the flesh. I don't understand why the mount is designed that way. It should all be in one piece, and there shouldn't be a tiny bit of metal plating covering that small gap. The biggest design flaw.
