I use them for various chores around the house like cleaning the bathroom, washing the dog and changing the oil in my zero turn lawnmower. However, they are most useful in the workshop where I do the wood finishing, especially painting and staining. I recently completed several projects for our RV. They were all maple and had to be painted white and then rubbed with mineral spirits to match the other pieces present. I changed several pairs of these gloves very quickly. So it's nice to find them at such an attractive price. They cost 3 million. So they're definitely a bit thicker and stiffer than the typical 1-2 mil used by restaurant workers. This thickness is very typical of the clothing worn by dentists and medical staff. I like the extra thickness and durability for cleaning tasks or changing the oil. But sometimes it makes sense to use cheaper and thinner gloves for a quick wood finish. These gloves are very comfortable. I have the big ones and they fit perfectly. I bought large ones from retailers like Harbor Freight and they were too small. And I always giggle when I see "one size fits all". But despite this, they were light, light and very comfortable. Although you will sweat a little, which is normal. The storage box is a bit annoying, as other reviewers have pointed out. The gloves are in a plastic bag in the box. Do not try to take them out of the packaging as they are packed very tightly. Simply tear open the top of the plastic bag after removing the piece of perforated cardboard. Dead easy. Overall I am very happy with these gloves. The price is approximately 35% lower than what you would pay for the same 3 million 100 pieces at your local wholesale store. The quality is good, comfortable, durable. What's not to like?
