Not intimidating and looks great

The rustic nature of this door is what enticed us to purchase. It also came in a size that seemed to be a little harder to find. We decided not to stain it and are very pleased with the appearance. It was a somewhat of a challenge to install the cross piece. That piece seems like it was a hair too long, and that was on each side. If I had an electric saw, I would have shaved just that bit off to make the edges of the wood meet in a nicer way.

Pros

Went above the call of duty to make a great door. Will be around for decades to come.

Cons

May not be airtight, leading to drafts or noise pollution
