Ordered for my 2012 RAV4, it took less than 10 minutes to take the old one off and replace it with this one.I used an L-Shaped Scriber to pop the cover off the old visor, once I had it popped in the front, than the back, I pulled the visor straight down and off it came! The two metal clips stayed stuck in the mount, so I pulled them out with a pair of needle nose pliers and removal was complete. Then I lined up the new visor, pushed it up and into place firmly and popped down the new cover. Easy as can be and it works perfectly! The light actuates and the visor works just like new.
