I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have used the previous version of this product every night since I bought it in August 2020. I originally bought these because my girlfriend told me that I grind my teeth in my sleep. Of course, I haven't always remembered how to put them in, but I couldn't miss more than a dozen nights since I bought the original. However, they seem to be of the same quality in terms of design and ease of installation. use. Shields come in two sizes, and if you only use one at a time, like I do, one size will inevitably fit you better than the other. That doesn't mean the other two are useless, just that you have to work harder with the other two before finding the perfect match. The instructions are very simple and it will take you no more than 15-20 minutes to stick a mouthguard on your teeth. However, you must remember to follow the instructions carefully and DO NOT rush. If you're too careless, you can easily melt the plastic too much or stretch it enough that you have to cut it or put it back into a good shape. However, once formed, they fit perfectly. They took a while to get used to (like 2 weeks overnight) but once you get used to them they really get very comfortable. However, it is worth noting that they wear out over time. This is widely noted in their manuals and they do not try to hide this fact. In the 6+ months that I've been using them I've fully passed one guard and most likely in just a few weeks I'd like to move to #3. I am completely satisfied with this performance as the boxes come with 4 EACH and only cost about $13. This is a great OTC price for sleep monitors and I will most likely continue to buy them over time.
