It's difficult because the ball is excellent. As expected, very durable. The scooter is a lot lighter and cheaper than we had hoped. It's very fun and cute, and we did what we wanted to look funny in a gift box, but it doesn't have the power to really do anything other than be fun novelty. Maybe it's nice like rubbing your back when someone helps, but it doesn't really help people who want to work on their knots. it's weak
