As an athlete, I've encountered numerous businesses that make claims they can't maintain. Another of them is Rapthor Company. Their assertion that they provide a large variety of high-quality products at affordable prices is nothing more than deceptive advertising. First of all, the goods they sell are of poor quality. They have previously sold me tools, but it has never lasted me for more than a few months. The goods are not long-lasting and of poor quality. Second, their rates are by no means fair. Similar goods can be purchased at other shops for a much lower cost. Rapthor Company has an outrageous markup, and it is not worthwhile to pay such high rates for inferior goods. Finally, they offer terrible customer support. They assert that customers can swiftly and simply select the appropriate equipment, but this is untrue. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in guiding me to what I needed when I inquired for assistance. Overall, I wouldn't suggest anyone use Rapthor Company. They are a business to stay away from because of their deceptive advertising, subpar goods, high costs, and appalling customer service.
