I did a little research to find a great kitchen scale for pull coffee and decided on the new Oxo scale for the following reasons. Other scales I've reviewed weren't as accurate (most only show 1g increments), were too expensive for the same features as the Oxo, or had problems breaking after a short time, poor construction, etc. That's why I like this scale. Oxo so far (a few weeks of use): Pros: Built-in timer Accuracy 0.1g Detachable rubber pad Quick start (3 seconds) Effective touch buttons Stylish design Cons: Slightly unstable (pressing the touch buttons with any force tends to light the Tilt the scale and time skew the measurements.. Not really a problem if you press the buttons very lightly and the measurement corrects very quickly, so more of an annoyance than a deal breaker.) Overall the new Oxo scale is great for pouring coffee, what is my main reason for buying a kitchen scale. I'll give it 4.5 stars out of 5, subtracting 0.5 stars for a bit of instability.
