I needed a dress for an "Island Party" charity event and this dress fit the theme perfectly. Very comfortable and colors are beautiful. Unfortunately, it did not come with the belt so I cannot say what it would look like with that. I did also purchase a shrug to wear with it and can say it looks good with or without the shrug. The color that arrived was HOT Pink, not the more muted raspberry color shown. I would have preferred the color shown, but decided to keep the hot pink anyway.
