I like the moving wick, it helps me feel they are more realistic. I was also happy to find red candles as I often use colored candles and had a hard time finding colored candles in the LED. I just wish they had more colors. This remote worked better than the ones I have for the other set (I didn't have to get close to the candles to turn them on). I didn't want to switch to LED, but it was nice to be able to put candles in places you wouldn't normally (closer to a wall, plants, etc.) and it's nice to feel safe when you leave them alone when you go to another room. You also don't have to worry about them dripping on everything and making a mess. Good customer service - one of the candle wicks didn't move and they fixed the problem straight away.
