It is easy for business users that are not technical, like myself! I am able train my team quickly with this software without having any advanced knowledge of technology or programming languages required in other platforms we have used previously (eComerce Suite). The platform can be easily customized by adding new features as they come out which makes it more useful than others who require additional licenses/fees when changes occur down stream from their standard packages available at launch time - also there's no need if your employees aren’t tech savvy because everything needed will already exist within cloudradials offering. We use CRM solely so sales reps know what needs doing next etc & where our product inventory resides allowing us great visibility across all accounts / locations globally via mobile devices too!!
