Great Platform - Helps With Business Growth

What I like best is being able to manage everything in one place, whether it be CRM or billing with Radiall at my fingertips! The ease of syncing all accounts and having access from anywhere has also been very useful for me as well when working remotely sometimes. Sometimes we need more functionality but that can always come later down our road planing process once they are created/implemented. Take advantage this platform was made by people who understand your needs so there isn’t much room…

Pros
  • It's easy
  • Great customer support team (they have great answers)
  • Easy Synchronization between platforms you wish them too sync up.
  • Allows us remote employees flexibility without losing data
Cons
  • Nothing here

It is easy for business users that are not technical, like myself! I am able train my team quickly with this software without having any advanced knowledge of technology or programming languages required in other platforms we have used previously (eComerce Suite). The platform can be easily customized by adding new features as they come out which makes it more useful than others who require additional licenses/fees when changes occur down stream from their standard packages available at launch…

  • It is a very intuitive and easy to use software for anyone even business users like myself that doesn't have a technical background or knowledge

QRadar Cloudradial Review - Great product & service

It is easy for customers, we get an excel file of their data which can be reviewed by our sales team easily without having them log in or do anything themselves! Our staff loves that they dont have access issues when working remotely with this tool because it has been flawless so far!! There are no downsides at all but if there was I would say its very simple fix-able errors such as "Error connecting" etc etc.. Nothing really.   • The ability add additional fields from within QBR itself rather than needing another application(s) eg adding CRM info directly into Salesforce via one interface insteadof using multiple applications
