I was looking for a device that would allow me to be hands free and still be able to see my phone screen. I don't use this for training but I use an under armband and it works great. It fits in the cradle easily, and I hold the phone to my chest when unlocking it to avoid dropping it. I'm sure others can do it with one hand, but the new phone is a little more cautious. I also like the case and the ring is great for both supporting the phone and providing a more secure finger hold.
