unassembled desk. The cable trays were damaged in transit but appear to have been broken, allowing the table to survive in its full strength. This wasn't a major issue as they are still attached to the back of the desk and currently hold the cables as intended. at the top. I would recommend having a friend help with assembly, but it's fine to assemble everything yourself if you don't mind the slight possibility of a back injury. Once everything is arranged and secured you have a very, very solid table. The top of the table is thick enough not to worry about something being taken out. Everything I have seems to sit flat on it and there is no noticeable flex. There is no side to side movement and I know the back of the table is strong enough to drill a 2 3/8 inch diameter hole for additional cable routing without too much trouble. I am the owner but the damage to the cable trays does not qualify it for 5 stars. I got lucky as all the damage was on these tubs but I would imagine the package got kicked and/or slammed all over the place. will complain about nicks and dents in the substructure/table top.
