Review on 🍋 Alessi Citrus Squeezer - PSJS Juicy Salif by Tasha Price

I have been watching this item for a long time and always admire its beautiful shape. I was under the impression that it worked very well as a juicer too, so I decided to take the plunge and buy it to replace the plain and regular glass juicer we already had. The shape is really beautiful when you open the box. , but the function is pretty bad. Firstly, if you read the instructions in the box, it's clear that it's for the lemon squeezer only. Don't call it "citrus juicer" on the website and packaging appearance unless you can use it on oranges and grapefruit. And believe me, you can't. You get almost as much juice on the wall and counter as you get in a glass, as the juice squirts in all directions. Even when I spent about a minute carefully squeezing half a lemon into a mug, there was a significant amount of lemon juice on the counter. That never happens with the basic glass manual juicer we've had for years. In short, if you want something that looks great on your desk but barely performs, this juicer is for you. Regularly squeezing a glass of juice from oranges and grapefruits will not waste time.
