They responded to requests with stupid scripts in the style of “waiting for a response from the warehouse, the goods are delayed, we really want to help you.” As a result, the nerves were frayed by these answers, the goods arrived only after 3 weeks. But since I do not know whose fault specifically, I will not reduce the rating. And in general, the service is at zero.
