I needed an eBay label printer with two trays and a plain paper option. I used to use a compact manual printer, but that got boring very quickly. I bought this because the LCD offers the best configuration options, two selectable input trays, and the price. Everyone seems to be complaining about the shutdown settings. If you've read the manual, there are several different power saving and power planning options, some of which are enabled by default. All are available in the device settings menu. The LCD menu system is quite intuitive. I could easily find everything I was looking for. Has a touchscreen, gently swipe to scroll and firmly press to select options. Another person complained about getting prompts to insert the tray and found them annoying. They can be turned off. For the two-tray option, I turned off the auto-cassette swapping option so the trays never overlap. When I print to my computer, select Properties and choose which tray to pick paper from. The Google Cloud Printing and Mobile Printing apps don't seem to let you select a tray, the default is Tray 1. At least I haven't found a way to do this yet. So far I've found it to be a very reliable machine with fast print times. I am very happy with its performance. Now we just have to find a place, it's huge! Since it is at least a wireless device, it can be used anywhere in the house :)
