When I first looked at this chair, I saw complaints that it was too small for the "big ones". I'm a fairly muscular guy, I'm 6 3ft 230lbs and the chair is wide enough and high enough to support me. The suspension feels solid and doesn't compress too much with my weight. I don't feel like I'm sinking into it too much, and it's soft enough that my back doesn't hurt from long sessions. - The levers are solid and I can easily see where and when they engage. When I lean back in my chair, I can recline the chair almost completely, and by shifting all my weight back, the chair stays balanced. - Adjustable head and lumbar support - Armrests fit under a standard sized table. As long as you take the time to lightly tighten each side before going back to tighten all the screws, this will be very solid. I had a small problem with my chair and Homall fixed it very quickly. They responded within 12 hours to help me with chair parts. Overall I am very impressed with the quality and presentation of this product, I have had a DXRacer chair in the past and they are so comfortable I see no reason to spend more.
