So I was a little scared to buy this after the bad reviews but I'm glad I did. The package arrived on time and in good condition. No broken or missing parts. When assembling, it is important not to tighten the screws at first. Just put them all in place and lightly tighten. Once you have all the screws in, carefully and gradually thread each one in and tighten and you will no longer have the wobble problem that others mention. (I learned that while building the first chair). I am happy with this purchase and will update you on durability once I have it. The only thing I would change is the yellowish tint of the wood and the ability to remove the company logo (sticker).
