Very happy with this printer. Print from one of several programs on my USB-connected computer. Worked fine once the driver was installed. The online manual is much more complete than the printed manual that came with the printer. There's not much point in printing straight from your phone or camera. You'll have to manipulate the image at least a little to get the color and crop it the way you want. IfanView (free) or Elements (preferred) ($$) will help with this task. Probably some phone apps will help a little. The color matching in the printer itself is not as good as in the software above. Perhaps the only downside is that this printer is a bit pricey. Cheaper Canon models are available but may not be as versatile as the CP1300. Consumables also seem a little pricey, but they're certainly more convenient than shipping to a big store or pharmacy. Recommended.
