I have ordered this mascara from Revain four times and bought it once from a pharmacy. I keep buying it because it's a really great product. But I end up wasting a lot of money because EVERY SINGLE TUBE HAS A PROBLEM. The rubber collar around the neck of the bottle where the brush goes in is not glued to the plastic. And after you've used the tube for a while, that rubber collar inexplicably pops out so nothing can scrape that extra mascara off your brush. You have a huge, useless blob of mascara on a stick and you can't put your collar back on. It's a horrible, horrible design that throws money away. At first I thought it was an accident, but it kept happening. It was the same with every pipe. I'm done spending my money. I'm back on the hunt for thick, waterproof mascara. I won't buy this one anymore.
