Update: It has served me even after wearing it! After a year of wearing, I got another Fitbit model as a gift. Unfortunately, this brand does not have the same style strap for this model. I bought a different brand metal bracelet with a slightly different locking mechanism. After wearing a new bracelet for a few months and not being happy with the clasp mechanism, I cut off the original chains from this bracelet from another brand and connected the clasp chains from this bracelet to my new one. After that, I'll continue to wear it for about half a year, so I'll definitely give it 5 stars again. If there was a model for Ionic, I would take it without hesitation. I bought this tape because under the native silicone the skin began to peel off (lack of ventilation, etc.). This one looked really sleek, with good airflow and a not-so-standard look. I ordered the black one and after over 8 months of constant everyday wear (I only take it off in the shower then charge it) it still looks almost brand new - a few tiny scratches from normal wear but need to be looked for carefully - and I tend to accidentally hit it in the corners. No breakage or other problems. However, I won't be buying this product again anytime soon. Not because it's bad - it's so good I won't be needing it for a long time, if ever!
