Review on Altec Lansing Wireless Headphones MZX659 KIT BB by Jamie Simpson

Well I have to say I'm not thrilled after a month and a half. The right earbud's volume was reduced by about 30%, leaving the scene at about the same percentage. There's still plenty of bass, but the vocals and treble on the right-hand side have been significantly reduced. I downloaded the Altec Lancing App and it still couldn't see my headphones. So I'm very disappointed. I tried to contact Altec via the app to request warranty service but was unable to connect. I will keep trying to get a guarantee on them. they appear to be defective. Same issue with every Bluetooth source I'm connected to.
