The ribs are not deep enough to hold the tablet upright.

When the case is opened and used as a stand, the tabs are not deep enough to hold the tablet upright. The tray slides off the ridges when moved vertically. Also, the pen holder on the back of the case needs to be designed better to hold the pen securely in place.
