This injector is good for small pieces of meat as the needle is quite short. A little tricky to fill if your marinade is a bit thick. To inject, you need to insert the needle and then pull back slightly to allow the liquid to penetrate the flesh instead of spilling out the sides. It's easy to clean. I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review and would recommend it to new cooks trying meat for the first time. After that, you may need a more durable injector.
