Decent scent injector for proper use. The needles are pretty small so this won't work unless you're using a clear injectable liquid. Even the chocolate syrup is a bit thick for this guy. I was able to use it pretty well to add lemon juice to chicken, but that's all for the use cases. Anything too thick will give you problems. This injector is good for small pieces of meat as the needle is quite short. A little tricky to fill if your marinade is a bit thick. I bought this on the recommendation of another reviewer to spritz strawberries with alcohol before dipping them in chocolate. The needles that come with this injector are very small and only have liquid outlet holes at the end, making them perfect for fruit. Meat would clog up the asshole and be a nightmare. I will buy another one when I wear this one. I can't find this type of injector in stores anywhere to save my life!

When I first received this product I found it to be much smaller than other similar products I have used over the years. i cook a lot I like to squirt juices into my bird. I decided to cook up a whole chicken to test this injector. I think I would have liked a larger needle opening for sucking and dispensing juices.
