Review on Tablecraft H76779 Flavor Injector by Denise Portis

When I first received this product I found it to be much smaller than other similar products I have used over the years. i cook a lot I like to squirt juices into my bird. I decided to cook up a whole chicken to test this injector. I think I would have liked a larger needle opening for sucking and dispensing juices. Because when the meat is cooking, the broth/juices are filled with bits of meat, fats, etc. and this can clog the needle. In addition, it is desirable that the tank is larger. In general, it's fine for small meals. I got it for free in exchange for an unbiased opinion.
