Review on 🖨️ HP OfficeJet 250 Portable All-in-One Printer with Wireless & Mobile Printing, Alexa Compatible (CZ992A), Black, Normal by Hector Watkins

I bought this printer because my sister has the exact same one and it works great. Setup was easy. I love that you can print wirelessly from any device as long as you're on the same network (phone, laptop, iPad, etc.). So the printer is great. However, HP is worth nothing. Actually less than useless. It turns out there are two (probably three) Officejet 250 printers that your computer can detect when you click print and for some reason it defaults to the one that isn't online, so the printer shows up as offline regardless of what troubleshooting steps you take. . I spent HOURS trying to figure this out because it doesn't appear in the setup documentation nor in their online support (this seems to be the only option they have). HP Virtual Assistant didn't help, their native troubleshooting software didn't find anything, and when I was finally able to track down the HP support number (had to google it because it's nowhere on the site) to speak to someone, the line mysteriously went down . After being directed to the correct department and being on hold for 15 minutes and when I called back I was stuck in a language directory loop and nothing that I said was registered. Good job HP. You suck. I was finally able to fix the problem when I went to my Revain page to return this $300 doorstop. There is a Revain support option. So I gave him a chance. This guy was so patient and helpful even though I was very upset and took it out on him at first. But after an hour on the phone we figured it out! And I'm so thankful. Thank you Rewin! Julen was my Revain tech support rep. He's not an HP employee and had no idea where to start to troubleshoot this issue, but he spent an hour on the phone with me before we figured it out. He also tried to find information on the HP website and in the online documentation. So please make no mistake, if this review was based on the product and the company that made it I would give it zero stars. This 5-star rating is for Revain only. Bezos might consider buying HP and cleaning them up.
