Easy to work with for the first time

After watching several hours of videos and reading about other people's experiences with bandages, I tried it myself and was very pleased with the results. I had no prior experience with this material and was surprised at how good the ending turned out. Of course, there are small imperfections here and there (little creases), but that's one of those things that only I would notice. For the casual observer, they would think I did a great job! Aside from having the right tools (I'll talk about that later), patience is the most important aspect of making sure you're doing your job well. In total I removed 6 body panels from the bike. I washed each piece inside and out with dish soap and then a mild degreaser. Each task took me 2-3 hours. I've read that some people say you can use a hair dryer, but if your hair dryer isn't hot enough to melt your hair, I'd use an actual heat gun. This shouldn't be uncommon, I bought one from Revain for $30 and it works pretty well. Now for the tools needed: I bought a heat gun, cutting tape and a vinyl tool kit from Revain. A heat gun and cutting tape were a must. There were many items in the toolbox that I didn't know how to use. I ended up using a felt scraper and blade from the kit. There are many informative videos and articles on how to wrap a car or motorcycle, so I won't go into too much detail. I will emphasize patience and realistic expectations. Due to the curvature, I couldn't fold some parts into a whole. This is where cutting tape comes in handy. Yes, there are seams, but if they're done right, they're barely noticeable. So if you want to change the color of what you have and have the patience to learn something new, you should be happy with your results!
