I ❤ love this toothpaste

As a heavy smoker, I have a hard time finding a healthy toothpaste that cleans and refreshes without having to brush my teeth all day. Himalaya cleans and absorbs odors so thoroughly that I don't have to brush my teeth every hour. The fresh taste from brushing lasts a long time. Compared to Colgate and so-called healthy brands, Himalaya doesn't contain any ingredients you would be better off without and comes at a much better price. You also get a generous amount for the same price as Colgate and less than Tom's.
