A Disappointing Experience for Those Who Take Their Music Careers Seriously Soundsulate

My experience with Soundsulate left me feeling let down, both as a working musician and as the proprietor of a recording studio. Their website is busy and difficult to use, despite the fact that they have a large selection of musical instruments and recording equipment to choose from. Due to the absence of clear product descriptions, I was unable to make an informed decision about the items I was going to buy. Equally unpleasant was their support for existing customers. I contacted their support team with a question, however I did not receive a response from them. When I was eventually able to get in touch with them, the responses they provided were useless, and their attitude was condescending. To make matters even worse, not only did my equipment not come when it was supposed to, but the packaging was also of poor quality, which resulted in my equipment being damaged. I tried to get in touch with their customer support team to see if they could help me remedy the issue, but they were unresponsive and obstructive. In general, I am unable to endorse Soundsulate to any other professional musicians or studio owners. Their website, customer support, and shipping practices all leave a lot to be desired, and it is worrying that they do not pay sufficient attention to detail or care about their customers.

Pros
  • The products are guaranteed to arrive in pristine condition thanks to the quick shipment and secure packaging.
Cons
  • It might be costly to send internationally.
