The best thing about this system is that it offers multiple solutions to its customers in terms of managing risks for their organizations. I like how easy they can customize any type of software as per your need or requirement. It's great because you get everything under one roof which makes things easier than before. One more good feature i liked was "Risk & Compliance Management." There are many features but there isn't much customization available yet so we have been using most commonly used ones by now. Their support team is also very responsive with queries regarding products/features etc., They offer free 30 days trial period where you will be able to try out the product yourself first hand then decide whether you want to buy it later. This tool has helped us manage our Risks better compared to other tools previously being used. With pro tech ERMs help we were able to reduce number of incidents from previous years.
