Very satisfied! Because of my ankle surgery, I couldn't get a pedicure on my fungal toes and my toenails became thick and very hard. The first pedicure was unsuccessful - no matter how hard they tried, they did not cut their hair. But after three liberal applications of this cream (wearing socks at night) the manicurist was able to do it. Now I will use it regularly!
