Love this chair. I started working remotely 3 months ago due to COVID-19, using a conventional office chair. I've found that I have severe back pain, probably because I'm more sedentary when working from home than in the office. I was looking for office chairs with back support and came across this one. To my delight, there was also a massager built in! Everything worked wonderfully and the chair exceeded all my expectations. When I'm done working remotely, I plan to let my son use it for games in his room. The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I want to order an all black chair as I often call MS Teams and people say I look like a Star Trek captain. But the chair is excellent - I recommend it.
