I bought two different types of magnetic hooks. In one of them, the temple did not fold but was rigid and protruded further from the surface. The other was in this style, with a hook that folds and moves easily and doesn't protrude as far from the surface. I prefer this lower profile foldable art hook as the result is closer to a vertical surface. In particular, I wanted to hang artwork on metal screens outdoors. They're working great so far. My only concern is that they will rust from rain/humidity. The time will show. But so far so good. Another style I bought was best for hanging string lights over the screens as I didn't want them to fold and I wanted the bulbs to be a bit farther from the screens. See my photos for illustrations and usage of the two styles. Here is a link to another type of hook (non-foldable): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N5DJKHG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
