Again a poor quality product.
Although I bought this typewriter back in 2015, I've used it for less than 30 pages (and those were forms). I've tried replacing the ribbon cartridge 2 times and it no longer prints. I followed all the instructions to replace the tape (I mean how hard is that?). Why call customer service when you know they won't help you or replace you. Should have bought a 4 year warranty so I would feel even worse about having to throw it away.
