In my opinion, choose a larger size
I'm 6'2" and weigh 180 pounds. I chose size 3x based on other reviews. I'm glad I did! It fits me perfectly. I have purchased similar products for lingerie in the past and have done the same. The quality seems very good and I now wear it under a long sleeve t-shirt. Both shirts are not tight at all. It was very cold yesterday and I felt very comfortable.
