Well made, soft flexible leather. The craftmenship is detailed and elegant

I liked it so much I gifted a second one in black to my b/f. He actually uses it too and he is fussy. Although you can't really see it in the piux there are several hiding spaces within this 3-fold and 3 zippered change pockets too.
