For me, an avid cyclist living in Chicago's changeable weather, this is by far the BEST SHIRT I've ever owned. Mid 60's - definitely offers exceptional comfort. The gusty wind and shadow on the trail can make a 50-degree day look like winter one minute and spring the next. This shirt offers incredible comfort in all extreme conditions. I'm 5ft 11" and 150lbs and the large (LG) fits me perfectly. This is a compression shirt so it fits snugly. This is exactly what I need for zero wind resistance. and reduced muscle fatigue. The length of the arms and back is also great, so that it doesn't crawl anywhere. I can tuck it into my cycling shorts so nothing flaps in the wind. For me, this piece of equipment is just as important as my helmet. , tires and transmission.
