Addendum: Buy the panel separately and get the MPPT 10a controller. Much more efficient. Also, someone else noticed that even a small amount of shadow on part of the panel significantly reduces the panel's power output - sort of the opposite of a string of lights on a Christmas tree. Reconfiguring my panel, which was blocked by maybe 5%, increased my power output from 4.5A on a 12V system to 5.6A. I spent at least twice as much on this as competing 100W -Panels with charge controller. I expected a better product and service. The product may be fine, but it doesn't bring my batteries up to the level that most battery chargers support (13.3V). This created a problem as my inverter's low voltage alarm was set close to the voltage that appears to be set on the panel and controller (just north of 12.5V). I was unable to get email support after providing purchase information (just bought from Revain so I sent a link from Revain which said it had all the info needed like model number etc). A few days later the answer was "?" My question was simple and I would greatly appreciate a link to detailed information on the specs and possibly how to adjust the settings. I'm not sure if this is a protected secret, but I'd rather get an answer than ask for purchasing information. I then tried to get answers through Revain's product support chat. Quick and polite response but not within the competence of the chat monitor. I understand the desire to save paper for product manuals, but at least allow full access to the internet.
