It seems to work? good for neon signs
I had USB power on the wall for a few minutes then it started blinking. I checked it and everything looked fine so I plugged it back in. It did not work. I checked the plug and it's hot. So I switched it to batteries and it seems to be working so far. So don't buy either. If you do, don't use USB or be prepared to use lots of batteries in the near future.
