My lutino cockatiel LOVES this mix and so do I. No seeds but she is packed with nutrients and she will eat everything in this mix - unlike every other brand I have tried on her. From very expensive and expensive items to more medium sized items, this one is head and shoulders above the rest! My girlfriend eats it with obvious pleasure: in fact, yesterday she preferred to stay in her "apartment" and have dinner instead of jumping to my house as soon as I got home (this is the first time! Actually not so sure I like this answer!). Try it and I think your birds will be happy while camping. :) After reading this I looked a bit like an advertisement for this brand, but it is NOT! I'm just very impressed with how much my bird loves it.
