Not long enough for crossbody!
I am so disappointed in this bag. I read the reviews and most said it was long enough. When I wear it over my shoulder it hangs just below my left breast and looks ridiculous. I don't know if all your happy customers are 5' tall or they sent me the wrong one? I hate carrying a bag on my shoulder. So annoyed. (mine is 5ft 6in)
